Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Benefits Specialist to assist with customer service and payroll processing functions. Come experience the Coastal difference.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assisting clients with benefit builds
  • Training clients on open enrollment function of system
  • Training clients on how to utilize benefit administration in iSolved
  • Assisting clients with trouble shooting and benefit discrepancies
  • Ensuring clients have all necessary data in iSolved for proper ACA reporting
  • Uploading employee data and enrolling employees in benefit plans
  • Working with brokers and client contacts to obtain all necessary data

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A bachelors degree from a four year University is preferred
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality, detail-orientation, time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Five years of experience working in a professional setting is required
