Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Benefits Specialist to assist with customer service and payroll processing functions. Come experience the Coastal difference.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assisting clients with benefit builds
- Training clients on open enrollment function of system
- Training clients on how to utilize benefit administration in iSolved
- Assisting clients with trouble shooting and benefit discrepancies
- Ensuring clients have all necessary data in iSolved for proper ACA reporting
- Uploading employee data and enrolling employees in benefit plans
- Working with brokers and client contacts to obtain all necessary data
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A bachelors degree from a four year University is preferred
- Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality, detail-orientation, time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Five years of experience working in a professional setting is required
