We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to assist in answering all phone calls from clients and helping them diagnose any issues over the phone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Answer all phone calls that come in from clients;
  • Assisting the client with their question or issue based on our FAQ;
  • Directing calls to the correct HCM Specialist for the client when necessary; and
  • Potentially assist HCM Specialists while a team member is out.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Knowledge and experience in customer service/operations.
  • Strong phone and web-based customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and be accurate
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • BS/BA degree is preferred
