Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Client Account Manager to join our HR Elite team, responsible for monitoring, managing and nurturing the business relationship between HR Elite and its clients to increase retention and expand revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Participate as needed in the sales process and manage the new client hand-off process to the HRE team
- Establish a regular cadence of meetings with Ownership and/or C-Level contacts at HRE clients to develop and manage relationships
- Manage the NPS survey process by providing updated lists of the appropriate HRE client contacts, monitoring survey results, encouraging participation, and following up on responses to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop a process to proactively address HRE client renewals and drive increased rates
- Understand the isolved platform profile of HRE clients and ensure they are timely educated on isolved's platform, product releases, and beta opportunities
- Influence future lifetime value through product adoption
- Help to drive new business growth through greater client advocacy and reference-ability
- Expand existing client account revenues through up-sells
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records and report data as scheduled or requested
- Participate in meetings as requested whether in-person, by phone, or on video chat
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum of three years of experience informing a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and service model pricing, financial analysis and business acumen, and HR services and strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with different types of client personalities
- High empathy for clients, and a passion for revenue and growth
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and commitment
- Organizational and time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines with quality work
