We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing that will be responsible for collaborating, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the company's brand and revenue goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase sales.
  • Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company strategies and objectives, including content creation, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report regularly on campaign performance metrics to assess success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Based on marketing strategies and campaigns, develop a content marketing strategy that effectively communicates the company's value proposition and engages target audiences across various platforms.
  • Assist in the company's website, creation, and execution of search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives and strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Assist in the development and management of the company's brand strategy, ensuring that all communications maintain a cohesive and compelling brand image.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
  • Monitor and manage spending to marketing budgets, ensuring a positive ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and vet public relations opportunities to increase brand visibility and reputation.
  • Identify and foster relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation and strategic direction.
  • Support the marketing strategies with other projects and duties as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in marketing strategy, branding, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments and maintain a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
