Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Distribution Specialist to join our distribution team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately print, package, label and send all clients' payroll
• Monitor and manage late deliveries via courier
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activity as required by Distribution SOPs
• Update and maintain clients' addresses
• Provide consistent internal and external customer service
• Effectively maintain production equipment
• Prepare and sort incoming mail
• Maintain department related inventory
• Support the client satisfaction and production goals of the department
• Maintain timely response to all support cases and inquiries
• Communicate with client specialist on all delivery errors or concerns
• Consolidate 3rd party checks
• Complete ongoing training
• Assist with monthly delivery audits
• Assist with tasks/projects as assigned
• Keep distribution area clean and organized at all times
• Complete ongoing internal training as assigned
• Maintain up-to-date checklists and training manuals for distribution department
• Assist with monthly delivery audits
• Check all supplies and put in requests for any needed supplies
• Ability to work extended hours during peak periods

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-related field required
• Minimum one year of experience working in distribution, logistics, or a related field
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail; and team player
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of pressure sealers
• Working knowledge of shipping and logistics software (e.g., Deliver-It, UPS Campus Ship, E-Courrier Software, etc.) and working knowledge of all standard office and printing equipment (e.g., isolved Payroll Print Utility, HP 5040 Printers and desktop computers).
