Distribution Specialist

Job Description

Position Summary

The Distribution Specialist is responsible for printing and packaging products for delivery to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Supervise all activities within the Production Control Department
• Maintain accurate documentation of all Production Control Processes
• Run reports for clients
• Accurately print and package all client's products
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Effectively maintain production equipment and facilities
• Prepare Direct Mail products for Marketing
• Maintains Company's Office Supply & other related paper product Inventories
• Supports the client satisfaction and production goals of the department
• Maintain timely response to all ZenDesk tickets and inquires

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to be timely and meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stay organized, pay close attention to detail, and be accurate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong focus on customer service satisfaction and detail
