Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Project Administrator to join our HR Elite team. Our HR Elite service is a comprehensive HR service that enables businesses to grow.

The individual in this position will be responsible for completing HRE client projects as assigned. While this role requires previous HR experience, the rapid growth of the HRE department offers a large scale of multi-state, comprehensive experience with the intention of future development into a HR Specialist role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build custom HR tools for HRE clients including, but not limited to job compensation ranges, HR process checklists, EE retention tools (including surveys), EEO and OSHA reports, new hire packages, termination packages, performance management tools, handbooks, etc.;
  • Coordinate HRE client poster compliance;
  • Build e-onboarding, performance management, and other functions for HRE clients in isolved;
  • Routinely audit assigned clients' folders, documents, and isolved setup to ensure all are current and up-to-date;
  • Ensure HR tools taken from HR Library and customized for clients are the most up-to-date and compliant;
  • Ensure any newly-created policies or forms are provided to the HRE Client Project Manager to templatize and file in the HR Library;
  • Assist Advisors in providing exceptional project work to HRE clients; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business need.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in similar HR work is required.
  • Minimum six (6) month experience in Human Resources is required, one (1) year preferred.
  • Incumbents must demonstrate the ability to: appear for work on time; follow directions from a supervisor and interact well with co-workers; understand and follow work rules/procedures; comply with corporate policies, goals, and objectives; and exhibit professionalism, initiative, and commitment.
