Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire an Implementation Specialist for Time and Attendance to join our Implementation team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Setup of new clients in payroll, time and attendance, in isolved platform.
  • Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live.
  • Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams.
  • Perform new client training.
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions related to use of web-based payroll, time and attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Must be a team-player and able to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of detail-orientation, time management, organizational, and written and oral communication
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll are beneficial.
  • Knowledge and experience in time and attendance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
