Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Integrations Implementation Specialist II to join our Implementation team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implement/Build new and existing clients on retirement and workers compensation services, in isolved platform.
• Communicate timelines to client and internal sales and operations teams.
• Resolve discrepancies with client and retirement service provider during build process.
• Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required retirement plan submissions.
• Verify accuracy of all client and employee data entered prior to going live.
  
• Perform new client training.
  
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-related field with strong phone communication skills required
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Knowledge and experience in retirement and workers compensation services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with web-based customer service tools/systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• isolved payroll platform experience beneficial
• Payroll service bureau experience beneficial
• Must be a team-player and able to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of detail-orientation, time
• management, organizational, and written and oral communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
