Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicate with clients during the implementation of Workers Comp or Retirement Plan Services to gather data
  • Implement/build deferred comp plans within isolved system
  • Maintain Workers compensation data within isolved
  • Resolve discrepancies with client contact and retirement service provider
  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required retirement plan submissions
  • Conducts weekly audits to ensure all client 401k reports have been submitted
  • Work with Pay(K)onnect to streamline/automate 401k submission process

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 2+ years of customer service and/or experience in a customer-facing role (emphasis on client web meetings/trainings, taking direct client calls for service support, etc)
  • Knowledge of email etiquette
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Must have a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education

  • BS/BA degree is preferred

Physical requirements

This position requires one to sit for an extended amount of time. They are also required to use basic office equipment.
