Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Communicate with clients during the implementation of Workers Comp or Retirement Plan Services to gather data
- Implement/build deferred comp plans within isolved system
- Maintain Workers compensation data within isolved
- Resolve discrepancies with client contact and retirement service provider
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required retirement plan submissions
- Conducts weekly audits to ensure all client 401k reports have been submitted
- Work with Pay(K)onnect to streamline/automate 401k submission process
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 2+ years of customer service and/or experience in a customer-facing role (emphasis on client web meetings/trainings, taking direct client calls for service support, etc)
- Knowledge of email etiquette
- Demonstrates a knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
- Must have a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education
- BS/BA degree is preferred
Physical requirements
This position requires one to sit for an extended amount of time. They are also required to use basic office equipment.
