Remote Capable: Partially (in office one day a week)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm PST
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support the Integrations Team by handling/managing at least half of the Retirement Uploads (There are 1000+ total uploads a month!).
- Document receipts of 401K upload submissions
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required retirement plan submissions
- Provide support for basic questions regarding client's Workers Compensation and Retirement transmissions
- Provide administrative support to the Integrations Specialists & Analysts on an as-needed basis for projects.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing/customer service role
- Demonstrates a knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
- Must have a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure/meet SLA's for uploads & support within first 120 days of employment.
- Comfortable navigating the internet and handling the downloading and uploading of files
- Ability to stay focused on a task for several hours doing the same process repeatedly.
- Demonstrates knowledge of email etiquette and possesses intrapersonal skills needed to answer client questions via phone/web meetings.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical requirements
This position requires one to sit for an extended amount of time. They are also required to use basic office equipment.
