Coastal Payroll is currently looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team to support the Marketing Director in executing tactical marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand visibility, and sales team enablement. This role plays a critical part in supporting business development efforts through the creation and coordination of campaigns, events, digital content, and sales collateral. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for helping to maintain the company website and assisting in the planning and execution of client and partner events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supporting the Sales team with tools, materials, and lead-generation campaigns
- Executing day-to-day marketing tasks including website updates, email marketing, social media, and content creation
- Coordinating internal and external events to promote client engagement and brand recognition
- Support business development initiatives
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3-4 years in a marketing agency or department
- Understanding of marketing/sales alignment
- Experience with multiple marketing channels
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written skills
