Time and Attendance Specialist

Coastal Payroll, located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, is currently seeking a Full-time Time and Attendance Specialist.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist clients with training and ongoing use of our web-based HCM products

•  

  Implement time and attendance rules in iSolved

• Train new clients on use software

•  

  Provide day to day support in regards to time and attendance needs for clients

•  

  Connect with Infinisource (software provider) to resolve conflicts in system

• Manage time and attendance project from start to finish

A bachelors degree from a four year University is required. Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of confidentiality, detail-orientation, time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills. Five years of experience working in a professional setting is required.
