Position Summary
Coastal Payroll's training team is dedicated to fostering an environment of learning for both our clients and internal staff. As an essential member of this team, the Training Specialist will create training and awareness material for both internal staff and external clients. They will ensure the training raises the bar at Coastal, exemplifies the voice of Coastal, and empowers clients to have confidence and deeper knowledge in the iSolved platform. Creating engaging human capital management (HCM) training programs, thinking outside the box, process automation, instructional design and championing an inclusive culture are also key functions of this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conductclient web and onsite trainingsscheduled or as needed
- Conduct internal staff training
- Build help guides, videos and other content
- Build out modules in the demo environment
- Internal training support, including new hire
- Webinar support
- Payroll subject matter expert
Desired Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Experience as a Training Specialist or relatedrole
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Excellent decision making and organizational skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and database software
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Knowledge of the iSolved HCM platform
- Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
